This is a Trek

Professional development training consulting Austin, MN

This is a trek.

Downed trees on the trails we need make the decision to jump over or crawl under.

Established roots rearing up on the trail that trip us up if we aren’t watching our step.

Unexpected bends and landscapes on portages.

Potential nocuous plants on each side of the trail we travel ready to give us a seven minute sting, itch or blister.

We can’t control the landscape.

We KNOW what the past was.
We are DISCOVERING what is now.
We DON’T KNOW what will be.
We can INFLUENCE what could be.

Choosing to identify what we can control, areas we have influence and things we cannot control allow us to feel less like victims of our circumstances. We discover we are contributors and influencers.

You and I control our contribution and impact. That contribution and impact is directly influenced by what we focus on, what feed our minds, hearts and souls with.

We can’t control the landscape.

We can control our decisions as we trek. We can influence how we leave the trail behind us for others to travel.
