If you lead a women's group at work, in the church, or community and are looking for an interactive way to offer professional/personal development and growth, this unique women's group coaching is for you! Sandy coaches the group using a framework that invites women to engage on a topic of choice in a small setting and then offers space to engage ideas that are emerging in meaningful ways for them. Sandy designs with you the focus for the coaching group and then integrates it into a powerful format that includes three group sessions and one individual coaching session with Sandy for each participant. A multiple cohort design can be offered simultaneous for larger groups, teams, or departments who desire to not limit access to the groups.
