About this Workshop

Organizations that create opportunity for team members to discover and leverage their natural strengths report direct impact on recruitment, retention and employee engagement.  Digging into raised self-awareness of how team member’s  individual strengths and actions impact the organization culture results in a common language and principles that set them apart from the competition, attracting and keeping quality talent at the table who are inspired to share their best for the greater good.
