Weeks 3 & 4
During weeks three and four we dig in to surface our habits [aware and unaware] that influence our life, work, and relationships. These sessions and the guided journaling offers the opportunity and strategies to reset the habits that are sabotaging and elevate the habits that are creating the life we want. The collective work in each session will give you the prompts and promises rooted in scriptural truths to do the soul-work required to align your habits to what you value — habits that create possibilities or limitations and ultimately determine what your day-to-day living looks like and influences your next chapter in life.
