How are you growing, protecting and representing your workplace values? Yes, the question was how are you protecting. This action is key to creating and maintaining trusting relationships at work, the kind that allow for transparency and curiosity especially when facing challenges. It is safe to not know, to share an idea, to speak truth respectfully without fear of retribution or retaliation.

A trustworthy leader develops and lives out four components of trust that specifically impact how safe team members feel, and therefore, how they perform. Sandy has designed practical self-assessments to strengthen and identify gaps that unintentionally sabotage team engagement and contribution.
